It’s been a few years since we last played at the Sycamore Clubhouse in Danville, and it hasn’t changed a bit. And neither has Kim, turning 50 this month and looking as young as ever. The theme was 80’s prom, and Kim was wearing her actual high school prom dress!
It was great to be invited back to play the second annual Canyon Park block party on September 22 in San Ramon.
This was our third year playing the Diablo West Concert on the Green, August 18 in Danville. What a lovely day for some rock n roll!
Our good friend Jimmy Wong invited us to play at his 50th birthday blowout at the San Ramon Community Center. We were in the Fountain Room, which has a nice stage and plenty of room for Jimmy’s huge circle of friends.
This was our 8th time playing at Norm’s in Danville, but our very first Cinco de Mayo! For the occasion, we added a La Bamba and Tequila. Also new for the day – Low Rider and Good Lovin!
This was our 7th consecutive year playing the St. Patrick’s Day celebration at Norm’s in Danville. We’ve come a long way since 2012!
We were invited out on February 22 to play a fundraiser for Danville Oaks Rugby at the Danville Grange.
This was the Drop Daddies’ first time playing at the Grange. This place has some history! It was built in 1874. The Museum Of The San Ramon Valley writes:
Our buddy and event coordinator extraordinaire, Jimmy Wong, arranged a block party for his homeowners association in Canyon Park on October 28, and invited us to play.
This was our third year participating in the Danville July 4 parade, and it was our best parade experience yet!
